If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be eligible for a 50% refund or a full credit toward a future session, at our discretion.

No Refund:
If you miss the appointment or cancel after the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.

2.2 Cancellations by Darkstone Enterprises LLC
If we must cancel or reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances:

You will receive a full refund, or

You may choose to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Technical Issues
If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical problems on our end, we will:

Reschedule the session at no cost, or

Provide a full refund.

If technical issues occur on the client’s side, we may offer a rescheduled session at our discretion, but refunds are not guaranteed.
